Pharmaceutical manufacturing training & job placement

About 100 hours of blended training (online plus in-person options) covering pharmaceutical manufacturing skills, with resume prep, job search support, and on-the-job coaching. Free to Massachusetts residents.*

• Open to unemployed / underemployed learners, GED or high-school graduates, and career changers—no prior biotech experience required
• Target roles: manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse associate positions (often about $18–$30/hour depending on employer)
• Online sessions (for example Mon/Wed/Fri) plus in-person options at training sites such as Lowell / Woburn
• Metro North–area communities historically prioritized for no-cost seats (Malden, Woburn, Revere, Somerville, Cambridge, and nearby cities)*

Nonprofit staffing pathway

Free Education Staffing uses a staffing model that can connect trained candidates with employers who are hiring.

• W-2 contract and full-time placement pathways described in organizational materials
• Focus industries include life sciences, healthcare, IT, administration, and related operations roles
• Employers can engage the organization so trained candidates can move into paid roles
